Up for sale my Patek Philippe 5091/1A in stainless steel with bracelet and black dial. Limited edition, aka "The Russian Watch", ref. 5091 was produced in late '90s to celebrate Patek's return to Russia. This is just back from Patek Philippe in Geneva, still with the international service stick on the back and Patek tag. Full set with original box and unnamed-undated-unstamped papers.
