I am an owner of the first gen "device"
Sep 08, 2016,09:49 AM
After 9 months of wrist time, I refuse to call this a "watch". It is a mediocre watch. It is worse as an applications platform. However, it is brilliant as a notification device. I find it a great convenience to be able to glance at the device and instantly determine whether an email or text needs immediate attention or can be ignored or postponed. For this functionality I wear it. But warning: the best thing to do is buy the cheapest version sold and better still wait till the price drops.

Great for athletics, but limited bio feedback, requires iPhone for any real use, and no front facing camera, or any camera at all. Gonna have to wait for 2018. Funny how they ditched the gold and made no mention of gold members being able to upgrade. But ...

In Tallinn, capital of Estonia, in Helsinki, capital of Finland, in Lapland and in an island on the western part of Estonia. The best place to see Aurora Borealis is Lapland and our home there is pretty much in the middle of nowhere - some 250 km north of...
You are very welcome!

I'm taking one forum member to Lapland to see Aurora Borealis on 27th October. Let's hope he will have something to report. If you sometimes want to go there, I'm more than happy to help. Best, Kari

A Purist from the other side of the world will visit us in Lapland. But the house is big enough for several families - I think we can accomondate 24 people at time. Best, Kari
I'm not ready to change this

Yes I do use an iPhone and want to smash it every time I have to deal with apple software. However our parent company won't allow android devices full network access as they have no security.
Haha! the irony in the brand's name.

Brikk. It's as though the company hopes the iPhones their clients purchased should BRIKK (brick) asap so that they can 'repair'/'replace' those phones. And I'm sure they'll charge a handsome fee for that.
These are not real watches, for people like us

It's just an electronic device, IMHO a nonsense, because it needs the smartwatch ON for functioning. The killer app will be..............pokemon!!! what an insane society
