I just acquired a 5056P with an archival letter stating that the watch was manufactured in 1999 with a date of sale of November, 1999 and it has the diamond. I believe the 3035 made its debut in 1997, but a knowledgeable dealer told me he tought Patek started putting the diamond in platinum watches
