Really in great shape and running! In spite of all the fancy advertisements of our time, these marvels really pass down from generation to generation... Longines used very similar movements to my Solvil for their pocket watches in the early 20th century. This one is clearly something different from the same period, just a bit later. Thanks for sharing.

Captain, don't tell me that's a 996, or a 748?! The watch, I know it, and like it a lot. The case metal finishing is fabulous!
