5070 vrs 5170

The new chronograph posed me a lot of questions. I already own the 5070P and G and am now wondering whether i should try for the 5170. I went to Basel wearing the 5070P. I wanted to know how it felt to compare them directly. Let me say, the two watches ha...

I waited to see the first pics of the 5170 before definitively deciding anything on the 5070. I prefer the 5070, with its flaws, which, IMO, make its charm. I'm sure that the 5170 will find its fans, as it is a very nice watch, but to me, maybe a bit too ...

I like the 5170 and yes it will sell If i could afford one I would buy one ( even if the39 mm is imo too small). But I would NEVER NEVER NEVER sell ly 5070 if this was the only way to get a 5170. Maybe I should start saving LOL.

BTW, anybody got the listprice for Europe ?

I saw the price in CHF but the moronic governments in Europe ask A LOT more VAT

Haven't had the 5070G model on my wrist, and I personally much prefer the 5070P model. Personally, I prefer the 5070P much more than the 5170J. There's nothing wrong with the 5170J, the watch is technically perfect. However, the 5070P is better than perfe...

that the 5170 will be extremely successful.... in-house movement and a size traditional to PP cheers ps I love the 5070 though....
