hi, in the usa there was no difference from 2009 list to 2010 list. this just as of april 2010. it may change later.

chances are if its a pain for someone to shoot an email, they won't. I looked and searched for a euro list and could not find one. I live in the US, so I don't have a specific european AD. I'm curious about the prices to see the price difference between h... 

You will still need to contact the AD to see if they have what you're looking for or are you expecting to know what each AD has in stock in this forum? You can find the ADs worldwide on Patek dot com Besides I doubt if any savings will be had over a US AD... 

I am right now in indian ocean and there are no AD here.

but I've found watches in europe with a small discount and the VAT coming back are way cheaper right now than in the US. No need to travel. Fedex works great in europe too. Just my personal experience.
