Good question, I am interested to knowing as well

Information for interests sake.  But surprised at some of the responses...coming across as intimating.

I live in the SF Bay Area and knows CH Jeweler and Shrieve are the only two AD here.  And CH certainly seems to have a god inventory of PP watches and friendly staff.  Of course I do not know if they sell the most PP in the area. But that is ok.  Knowing I can go there and see a lot of PP would be interesting to me.

Largest Patek AD in the US

 By: nycbrose : January 10th, 2014-10:59
Just curious who / where that is

That information is not publicly known...

 By: patrick_y : January 10th, 2014-12:16
In general, I know of Patek Philippe dealers in the United States that sell as few as 40 watches a year, and those that sell nearly 500 watches a year. I don't know of any that sell any more or less than that. Why do you want to know? Do you want to becom...

Mainly out of curiosity

But in practice, wouldn't the larger ADs get better allocation of rarer pieces? I was just in Asia this past month and there were only a few ADs in the country I was visiting, and the volume dictated largely what pieces they received. For instance, a larg...

Wilde speculation ...

based on info you can´t check. What is it good for? What are you interested in - watches? Just curious. Oliver

Of course, watches =) [nt]

This is not very thoroughly thought out...

 By: patrick_y : January 11th, 2014-10:35
I'm going to take a risk and state something here that I would normally only say in person. Why would you want to be a big fish in a big lake when you can be big fish in a small lake? Your logic is flawed, while a larger AD may get more pieces, a larger A...

The largest dealer? I would suspect it to be Tiffany.

They have had the longest relationship with Patek and the first boutique in the US. Does that mean they sell more? Couldn't tell you. Does that mean they have greater access than anyone else? I would think they may have an advantage, but certainly no guar...

Kern's Burlingame...

 By: gmark2800 : January 11th, 2014-10:47
I've been to CH SJ and Shreve's SF. They had a really poor selection compared to Kern's Burlingame. The Shreve Palo Alto is better than SF.

Not sure if that is public knowledge

But if I had to make a guess, it would be Tourneau since they have a lot of stores throughout the USA. More locations means more clients which most likely translates to more Patek Philippe sales. - AT

You are correct.

 By: patrick_y : January 13th, 2014-00:00
Tourneau has exactly 8 locations that sell Patek Philippe in the United States. To my knowledge, they currently do sell the highest number of pieces. But Tourneau does not have the largest Patek Philippe single store in the United States.

I asked to same question

 By: jonrus : January 12th, 2014-05:19
a few years ago, during a PP AD event, I asked the same question. PP rep whispered.."CH group. They sold more PP than all Torneau stores combined, but mainly to Chinese customers visiting from the mainland"

I would by only from Goveberg in Phily

 By: Myopiccoog : January 12th, 2014-15:02
They are top 5 and have the best sales consultants in the business bar none. They also get the best stuff and treat everyone like a VIP. They are also more than fair on most pieces. I think Tiffany, Tourneau, CH, Goveberg are in the top 5. Gearys in Bever...

Govberg!

 By: bulliondesk : January 13th, 2014-09:07
The only AD I would go to for Patek and any other brand. Danny, Brian and George are hands down the best in the business. They really take care of their clients.

That could be true...

 By: patrick_y : January 13th, 2014-00:03
But CH only has three stores. However, their three stores does conduct a tremendous amount in sales. They're definitely up there. But I personally think they're no. 2.

How about largest PP AD in the world?

 By: jon_jon : January 13th, 2014-18:56
I am curious where the largest or highest volume PP AD in the world is located? HK, Zurich, Geneva, London, Dubai or in the US (NYC, Philadelphia or SF)?

I vote shanghai [nt]

Shanghai Mansion

 By: jon_jon : January 13th, 2014-19:49
Although I have never visited the Shanghai Mansion, I heard it is very well designed and wouldn't be surprised if it is the largest PP AD in terms of physical space. However I wonder what the sales numbers are like in Shanghai as China levies a fairly sig...

Geneva Boutique

I believe it is the biggest in sales

Asian boutiques

 By: nycbrose : January 14th, 2014-08:50
Was just in Asia last month. Some of the Patek boutiques are so large they run multiple floors. Compare that with most US boutiques which only display a small number of items and keep the rest in the stock room. As with Shanghai, just like the other poste...

Note to all: The discussions are borderline.
