but I sold it soon in order to buy my 5140P. I love both but I am not too sure if I made the right thing. Anyhow, 3940G is perhaps the nicest version of perpetuals in the 3940/5140 families. In metal the watch is even better than in pictures. Perfect watc...

Of course I would. That's because I'm wearing my 3940J today. The 3940G worries me a lot because I really really like it and I'm not sure whether I want it because the grass is always greener on the other side. Oh well, I'll just make do with my J for now... 

for your kind words and reaffirming the desirability of the 3940G. There was never a doubt in my mind regarding the choice for white metal when I tried it on around 4 to 5 years ago. Now that this dream is realised, I wonder what is my next dream ...........
