Dear all, Just found that I can't log into the owner section of Patek website, despite the username and password are correct, as confirmed by the "forgot password" email sent from Patek. Do any other member experience the same, or it's just me? Thanks Hen...

I logged in uneventfully a few days ago when I received the email from Patek to log in for the 2013 new models. Seems that there is something wrong with their server now. Wish to have it fixed soon. Thanks for reply from fellow members!

I could log in a few days back when I just got their email but just tried and couldn't log in. Let's try again tomorrow or few days later. Cheers Robin Wong

Hi Henry: I have been having problems with the owner's section since the site opened. Sometimes I am able to log on, sometimes not. This is especially true when using an iPad. You are not alone in this, there are others out there suffering as well. LOL. T... 

I've sent a mail to Patek but no reply... register again thru the mail again but no use... Think they are still very backwards in terms of Technology :-) that's the only excuse I could find Cheers, K

Just tried again, having seen this post and still no luck :(

I have never had and success. I believe I need my owners number from the PP mailed Magazine to match up with log in required info. Good luck.
