did you have a couple of beers during the lunch? Seriously, I checked just 2 minutes ago and in my computer 5170J is VERY yellow. Best, Kari

a beer would be nice

 By: carnegie : October 29th, 2013-10:03
Kari, either US servers and European servers are different or one of us is color blind. It must be obviously a mistake on Patek web site which they will soon correct. It meant to be the latest 5170G with Breguet numerals. Will certainly be corrected in a ...

I am sure it's the beer in your side

 By: dr.kol : October 29th, 2013-10:16
because I'm a Water Boy. I just took these two pictures, less than 5 minutes ago from patek (dot) com And The yellow looks yellow to me. Take one more beer. Cheers, Kari ...

have a look at their front page (not the collection site). They show a few watches from 2013 releases, just click on the arrow in the upper right corner and you will see what I mean.

Okay, I believe you.

It's so early in NYC that probably you are sober... Best, Kari

As seen from Italy

Maybe it's a leaked "P"? Ciao, Elio ...

As seen from Germany ...

Don´t ask, I don´t know anything about it. Not yet :-) Oliver ...

the strap looks different too!

 By: teofft : October 29th, 2013-12:52
I think this must be a leak! ;) 5170p to my eye, the strap looks matte gray and not glossy black like the one that comes with the 5170g.

I don't think

 By: carnegie : October 29th, 2013-13:47
this is a new watch. This is 5170J but somehow it just shows black and white. That's all.

No diam at 6 on the case

 By: patrickh : October 29th, 2013-13:58
I do not think it is a Pt version. Maybe an alternative version of 5170G ;-)) Arabic or Roman indexes Wait for the official PP answer.

Its a mistake :)

it can happen. Funny though. I suppose tomorrow morning it won't be there anymore.

A Patek chrono in steel?

 By: carnegie : October 29th, 2013-16:43
Could we get a Patek chrono in steel now when 5980 is discontinued? It is definitely not P (no diamond).

No :)...

 By: Fricks : October 29th, 2013-16:50
... that's a mistake, forget about it, tomorrow its gone. Now that doesn't mean that there won't be a steel chrono next year. And 5980 nautilus has nothing to do with that. My guess or my wish is a platinum chrono. But all that will be in May, so way too ...

You are right, I suppose.

 By: Georg : October 29th, 2013-23:54
Although it is still online here in Germany, I also believe it is a mistake. A sad mistake, because I would love those roman style numerals in white gold, platinum or steel :-) Best regards Georg

Mistake corrected :-(

...

That was what I was waiting for 2013!

 By: tempus : October 31st, 2013-14:52
I would by the G version immediately with the roman numbers. So cool and a little more masculine than the released version. But I think the will come up with something like this...I hope they will!
