I have the same question. I used to think the whole dial was a navy blue.
This is the first time I note a darker outer rim, which is very nice in contrast to center.

Good eyes, a tight squeeze to get band on. No ,dial is all blue. 2 shades . Will definitely post pics when new bands come in .
5270 band might be too big by 1mm.
Looks a little crowded in the lugs there. But a great color match!
