Trying to Target the right Calatrava watch

All, I am looking to purchase my second Patek - first Calatrava. My first was a vintage Ellipse. I'm looking for a Calatrava, with well-balanced dial on a watch that can be worn on occasion and is known for reliability. Manual or automatic is ok, although...

Hi, 5026 was an option, with cal 240 and a see-through back! On a different style 5120 shows the cal 240 todays. 5096 was also an excellent choice IMO. it was a smaller 5196 with see-through back on a cal 215. Very rare IMO. 5127 is a nice current choice,...

For me, the 5196P, for its beautiful dial, with these applied Breguet indexes, this finish of the whole dial, the thin case, and I'don't really care if I have a solid case back, as I'm not sure this is the nicest Patek Movement this Calatrava has... This ...

I am biased toward the 5196 platinum. As you can see from Nicolas' pictures of the 5196P, it is a beautiful, simple and elegant timepiece. That is one of my favortie Pateks. It seems difficult to get, though. I am still waiting on mine which I ordered abo...
