very 50's to me! It is not the main element of course but I like looking at what buckles look like when I try a watch. They are often quite "normal" and seeing something which the brand has really taken care of is a nice positive detail. Cheers, Mark

How does it look when worn on the wrist ? Does the strap slip in under the buckle showing words "Patek Philippe" ?
