it needs to warm up so shove it in the micorwave or on the stove or if you have a fireplace then there.
I have had many problems with my pateks and not just live with it... even if i ever buy a new one i will buy one with keeping in mind that will have to be fixed before i can really enjoy the watch!

1) no and no ; it is just 1 year old , so no service necessary at all 2) mid of august, so it was preserved for just two months! that´s why I´m so shocked...

Hi, As your watch stayed for two months without functionning you may let it some time to "warm up"! Oils may have been slightly drying so it may need a few days to work normally. Please resettle it, try again and let us know. Cheers Dje
