Hello. I am new to the CM and having trouble posting an item for sale. After I've input all details and clicked 'save' the next screen said 'You need to login to use this service' when in fact I was logged in. What is the problem or what did I do wrong? T... 

If you keep getting logged out of your account, you need to: a) enable cookies in your web browser b) change the settings in your anti-virus programs to allow cookies c) remember to check the " Remember Me " box at the login screen as shown in the below p...  

But each time after I have clicked on the save button. It takes me back to my previously sold items. But nothing shows up in the Collectors Market. Can you please help. Regards Tony

I have now tried 3 times to place an ad. Each time I click on SAVE and then the message is I need to Log In. I have logged in and the site tells me I have logged in. Yes, I did click on Remember Me, and it didn't help. What happens to the allegedly SAVED ...

i have followed the instructions to the letter and still my ad does not get saved?

I have three ADS that are SOLD, i am unable to add any new adds When i save my ad, it gets me back to the main page and nothing is added. Cheers Xaiv

Like a ", &, $, #, !, @, *, <, >, ?, etc. that is causing the system to automatically reject your ad. We have this funny character filter in place to prevent automated computer SPAM ads. And worse case, if everything still fails, just type in a test a...

and put 'offer' in step 4 as instructed in the page, but that kept my post from going through. I finally changed it to '1' and it worked.
