According to our knowledge, there has never been any cooperation between OMEGA and STOWA. The watch you are talking about is then surely a "mariage" (put-together) and quite surely not original.

. .. of only ten pieces of the Stowa Exima with NOS 286 movements. There also exists a variant with old german PUW hand winding movements. I own the main variant with dark grey sunburst dial and fairly common ETA 2824 chronometer grade movement, therefore...
