Patek Philippe: The watch strap issue is totally different to servicing so don't confuse this

Changing a strap takes 10 minutes. Servicing is a lot more complex with many more variables.....Please let's not confuse the two. Furthermore, the strap comment was made with regards to a NEW watch that is only 3 weeks old........

I am considering adding this watch to my collection. It's a very nice watch and I do like it. However just wonder what other people think and whether they rate it.? Patek Philippe: Why 2 months just to change a strap??? That's crazy. I wouldn't accept that

For a brand new watch??? Surely they can get a new strapped shipped to anywhere in the world from Switzerland within a few days.
