Omega: Before this and the blue Parmigiani the other day, I thought all meteorite dials had to be grey/silver/white.

This green dial is very impressive in this particular Omega case/model. It opens up the possibilities for a meteorite dial. Congratulations.

F.P. Journe: Given the moonphase is on the back…

how does FPJ envision it to be practically used/enjoyed? Granted, no one actively refers to the moonphase for anything, so is the whole idea that there is a surprise on the back to see when you take off the watch (similar to the Omega Snoopy rocket ship)?

Audemars Piguet: I love the Tuscany dial APs from the past, and I agree this piece reminded me of those.

Personally, I don’t regard the Starwheel dial as being on par with this given the 3D texture as well as larger footprint compared to the relatively little sliver of aventurine in the Starwheel. What do you think of the regular steel perpetual calendar? I wonder if it is a cornerstone piece like a Pa
