same issue i'm having with a ref 3445,... my watchmaker and i are very sure one of the wheels lost a tooth or maybe more.

does your 5135 also click click when you manually wind it?

I don't own a Patek, but the response from patek just doesn't smell right. I would obtain another watch of the same model & see if it makes the same noise, like at another AD or something. ..

$1600 is almost 35% more than what there service estimate is for a annual calender including polish. What needs replacing after 3-4 years to justify this quote? Or are they just padding the bill? This seems to be more and more common, unfortunately.
