I am THEE unlucky one!!!

First I will "copy/paste" of what happened to me since last september, which I posted before.

"I truly put a lot of thought before posting the following. But I think I should share.

Few weeks ago, I posted a message talking about my 5960 which stopped all of a sudden and it has been almost 2 months that it is still being fixed.
At the end of the day it is watch and even though it might be rare, "sh*t happens". I posted my message because the wait is too long.

Two weeks ago, I had my *0th birthday and I am proud to say, my wife got me a 5980, which I wanted to have. At the very same night, my father showed me the unfortunate.
He pulled out his 5101, which is few months old, to wear it. He noticed that something looked really different. He looked again, he couldn't tell the time.
It was the minute indicator. It was not in its place. The indicator was totally unscrewed from the center. Any angle you turn the watch the indicator was moving and was free from the center.

This is completely unacceptable. This is not a complicated movement problem, this is a simple problem! I am staggered such quality problem happening with a PP, nevertheless with a Grand Complication PP.
I am very loyal to PP and it is by far my number one choice.
But I think it is time for PP management to turn their big magnifying loops on their QC."

"Few weeks ago, I was taking my watch off. I pulled it out of my wrist and holding it with my right hand.
All of a sudden it slipped my hand and fell on the floor(hardwood). The height was about 32 inches(81 cm).
I saw the watch falling face angled about 45 degrees. It seemed like, the platinum frame was going to take the first hit.
The same second, I heard "POOOFFF".
There were only few tiny pieces are left of the crystal on the floor and the rest was a dust.
There was no crystal left on the watch.

The next day I took back to the AD. First, I didn't tell what happened; they couldn't either.
Nothing happened to the dial TG, except crystal dust which needs to be cleaned but they might have to open everything to make sure nothing
slipped inside the movement.

Isn't amazing, a watch like that falls from 80cm and the crystal blows away."

2 weeks ago my AD called and said the 5960 is ready. I go to pick it up.
He opens the sealed bag. The crystal is replaced, but the dial. The dial is full of scratches.
the scratches are so clear, you don't need a loop to see them. At the time when the crystal blew, the AD called me a month later
to give a quote for the crystal and a new dial($2,500 btw).
We sent the 5960 back, still waiting.
Since last september, I wore my 5960 for 2 weeks now.
