I can only hope for more..

Well, we are also bringing out our own experiences.
Julian, Wouldn't you be happier if everyone had the same experience?! I am sure you would.
At the same time, I want to bring out a funny point.
When I posted my thread last week, some people had doubts that I might have been making the whole thing up;
funny thing, I don't see anyone here with a post such as;
" AFW, I hope you are not making this up. I cannot believe the service center helped you out in 40 minutes."
I am just kidding.
Great news AFW and your piece is beautiful.

The dial is original Patek dial. The watchmaker at H. Stern said it was not porcelain but it looks too good to be just paint. I may try to test it on the very edge with a sharp point. Porcelain will not give but paint will. I will have make the buckle rat...

And good to know that you are not killed during the Service of your watch, financially speaking, of course! The crown with the PP inintials is awesome! Now you have a very nice Lady! Congrats to the watchmaker, and to you, too! Best. Nicolas
Thanks, I like it too ;)
