Perception Adjustment

Nice Collection.

It is interesting how we get "used" to the prices.

The first Patek I encountered was a 5035 in a magazine in 1997. The price of $18,000 USD was ABSURD!

Today, this would a bargain for a Patek complication light.

When we consider the price of a simple Patek watch as the same as the price of a mid-level car it borders on the ridiculous. Yet, there is no shortage of "clients" waiting their turn to purchase one of these beauties.

I am pretty much a new-comer here too. This place is packed full of nice people who know an enormous amount about watches. It's like a big, friendly school! Fantastic choice of watches by the way
