I see in the photos one 5157 with a plain case that has no engravings. What is the story of this one? Thanks

The hour striker is really nice, the enamel worldtime is beautiful too. On the HU, I am not convinced by this moonphase maybe it will look better in hand, but the realistic look does'nt appeal to me, case and hands are really nice though.

There seems to be two variations of the fully engraved watch. One that has "5 175 000" on the dial right below the "175 ans", and one that doesn't have this number What is that number and why on one watch and not the other? Thanks. ...
