Use a winder to test

I  don't have a simple answer by just looking at the watch.

I will put the watch in the watch winder and set it in clockwise (CW) and wait for a couple of days. If the watch does not stop, the winding should be CW or bidirectional (then I will try it in counterclockwise (CCW), to see if it is bidirectional). If it stops, the winding should be CCW.

BTW, most of the modern PP calibers are CCW. For more information, please see: http://www.orbita.net/pages/17116b.htm
