Patek Philippe's worldtimers are iconic along its history, you made a great choice. Wear it well and don't hesitate to share some pictures whenever you like :) Cheers, Mark

All three choices are iconic and so none is a bad choice. IMO (price aside) 5110 & 5130 are better alternatives to 5711 because of its useful worldtime function. However, my opinion is biased because I like to collect worldtime watches. Cheers, Gordon...

You always remember your first.

And the 5130 is not one to be forgotten. My preference is the blue dial 5110 (a slightly larger dial) but hey, ANY PP Worldtime is great to have. Congratulations on your new ~ latest ~ acquisition. So what's next int the Patek family? Aloha, Bob

dream watch

i have to say that WT was my dream watch. As far as i can reminder when i was "young" i was looking the 5110 in shop fronts and its indeed a great achievement to have for real ! but (there is always a but) there is a drawback...when you buy your 1st PP yo...

Yes, but ...

... that is also part of the fun, isn't it ;-)

That's the disease of buying a Patek.

I own my 5110P for 10 years and a half, and I still remember every minute of the day I picked it up from the dealer. An important Watch. An icon. Huge congratulations! Best, Nicolas

I had that moment not many years ago. Amazing feeling, but then you start wanting more.

...5130G owner. The 5110 is more elegant and captures the "original Patek spirit" (of the 1980ies and 90ies) much better - the 5130 has strong "wrist presence" and enough heft to feel right when alternating with a Daytona.
