first time in my life I have a problem with a PP chrono.....

knowing service timing of PP.... means that  my Christmas will be without one of my fav.  kid .....it will be a very sad Christmas   .......

thanks God I didn't loose the bottom .......platinum now it' s a little bit  expansive smile

I would not worry too much, I think it will be sorted rapidly. A couple of years ago I had a semilar problem, in the UK it got sorted in 2 weeks.

If this is a new watch that you purchased this year and this has happened to you, I can safely say that the whole PP seal isn't worth the whole drama-mama..."core values of a family owned company"...blah! Hope you get it fixed soon...
