first time in my life I have a problem with a PP chrono.....
knowing service timing of PP.... means that my Christmas will be without one of my fav. kid .....it will be a very sad Christmas .......
thanks God I didn't loose the bottom .......platinum now it' s a little bit expansive

Can you post bigger pics, please?
Or do you prefer to minimize the problem with smaller pics? Maybe the local PP watchmaker can do it for you quite quickly, don't you think? Best, Nicolas.

I would not worry too much, I think it will be sorted rapidly. A couple of years ago I had a semilar problem, in the UK it got sorted in 2 weeks.

ok I changed PC and now you can see in the right way
it seems they will repair it in few days so it will be happy Christmas )))...
this morning Service gave me back the watch repaired...
thanks God I will spend my Christmas with all my kids

If this is a new watch that you purchased this year and this has happened to you, I can safely say that the whole PP seal isn't worth the whole drama-mama..."core values of a family owned company"...blah! Hope you get it fixed soon...
