The 'rare handcrafts' like enamel, marquetry, engraving …. the ned plus ultra among Patek watches.
We know them for their complications and their superb finishing
But not often seen are the 'art' pieces aka 'rare handcrafts'
Anyway, this is a book Patek made and afaik they are and were not for sale.
I've seen all kinds of catalogs, big and small, boxes with leaflets, small books for the Nautilus ( 30th anniversary) , little books with 20 or so pages about their in-house chrono movements ….. but this rare handcrafts boos is new to me
A pretty big (155 pages) book about enamel, marquetry, engraving ….
clocks, watches, pocket watches …

is from 2012. The version from 2013 is very interesting as well ;-) Me already spent lots of time with reading, learning, dreaming :-) It seems you have a great evening ahead :-) Best, Oliver

together with the 2014 :-) 2014 is the best, also has those special editions they made for the 175th anniversary

I have seen this book online a while ago. Very interesting pieces. Do you know whether the piece called " Peacock 982/141 J" was a unique piece or a limited edition.
