Patek Philippe: Differences between Lemania based caliber CH 27-70Q and CaliberCH 29-535 PS Q

While I have read many articles on the 3970, 5970 and the 5270, I have not been able to really understand the most significant changes between the movement used in the 3970 and 5970 (Lemania 2320 (2310?) based caliber CH 27-70Q) and the 5270 (Caliber CH 29-535 PS Q) . Patek Philippe: Strange winding

Thanks watch-er. This is what is so strange: 1. The watch is keeping perfect timing, even with the chronograph activated. 2. I can wind it on an on and it will not stop. Patek Philippe: Winding a 3970

Winding a 3970 I just purchased a 3970 EJ from 1991. It appears to be in very good condition. However, when winding the watch, it can be wound endlessly; this is to say, the winding does not stop like the other manual winding watches that I have.
