FWIW, I owned a 5711 and sold it in a few months not because it pinched my armhairs but because after a certain amount of time, when the 'it's a Patek' glow wore off, the bracelet in particular felt unworthy of its price... so... off it came, and gone it is. Maybe it's best you didn't get one at all, my friend. And do take another look at those crude models--they are very nice on second glance.

I also have the same problem. When i tried it on at the AD it was very comfortable but after wearing it on for a long period of time, everytime the watch moves it pulls on my wrist hair. Have tried to loosen the bracelet but does not help. Perhaps coming ...

Yes, it is wider.
