Patek brought many amazing pieces from their museum to put on display at the Grand Exhibition. One of my favorites was Duke Ellington's 1563. I managed to take some photos that turned out well and hope others may enjoy them.

– 1/5 second chronograph, with round buttons, tachymeter scale graduated for 1,000 metres
– Split seconds (by the winding crown)
– 30-minute register (subsidiary dial at 3 o’clock)
Yellow gold case, No. 630 551, screw-on back. Satin-finished silver dial, applied gold Arabic numerals and baton indexes, subsidiary seconds dial at 9 o’clock. Gold Feuille hands; gold counterpoised seconds hand. Movement No. 863 791, calibre 13-130 R, lever escapement, compensation balance and Breguet balance spring, eight adjustments.
