Re/ the dial and bracelet

It looks like a 3468, but every 3468 with this dial configuration that I've seen have had applied baton markers. The 3468 did come in a painted hour marker version as well, but not in this particular dial design as far as I know. hmm. The bracelet is not original to the watch. 


Best to take this to someone who is comfortable working with vintage Patek, popping back, getting serial #, sending away to PP for archive paper. 

Also, in the future, it is helpful if you post more than one photo (at different angles), dimensions of the watch, and any other information you have.

but I don't know for the printed markers. I had a 3415 my Patek AD identified for me (via its local watchmaker). They can open the case to read the serial numbers. You can even ask for an archive extract that mentions date of purchase, references etc... I... 

Since 1967, a watch should have had 9 services

Why did you not find out about the watch from the serviceman? Even if you only did half the number of services, you had at least 4 chances to check the details on the receipt. Just wondering..... Regards, MTF
