... these 3 would certainly be part of my collection. First the watch that brought back the virus to me: 5102 G, but unfortunately completely out of my reach ... . Second: 5070P thanks to your beautiful pics you keep posting of this one Third: The Gondolo... 

I took these almost a year ago when I had the pleasure to see it in person. And no, they don't come any better than this ! ;-) ps, withhin a few months I will get the chance to take pics from the 5131J . Really looking forward to this...  

... now its much easier to say i love them in all kind of metal, which is true, the reason i put: 1- 5970 Rose: over the yellow, that has a vintage feel that suits that watch, i find the rose to have the best combo of warmth and class. As a metal, i think... 

5016 in either rose gold/yellow gold, 5078 with white dial to satisfy enamel lust and finally the quintessential PP, the wonderful perpetual chronograph in today's version, the venerable 5970. In any metal please

I would certainly choice a 5970 but more likely in either P or G. And also a 5207P ,5016 or a 5074P I can dream!! LOL If I had to choice a chronograph, at the top would be a Lange & Sohne Datograph.

Hi, Each man his choice ! I would be tempted to put the 5970P in the list, the 5070p too ! In fact and as we have to choose only three, here are my choices: The 5167A is my quite probable next and first Patek Philippe, not my favourite but I like it much ...  

.... currently waiting for one other to fill that 3rd piece. Would be none other than ref . hopefully, i can use an actual photo when i take delivery. To be continued ...........  

which happen to be very special because they make up my humble and eclectic PP collection. And while they are no where near the top of the line by any means or even considered to be "dream watches", I still love them nonetheless, as each one is quite diff...

My favorites are the 5098P and 5102. The first is to me the ultimate for a time-only dress watch by a major manufacturer. It is sublime. I wish its movement were restricted solely to this model, but it is still a rarey used movement in the PP lineup (only...

Top watch for me is the 5070P. Anyone ever watch a film called "Big Fish". It is one weird film, but it has this immortal line..."Some fish can't be caught. It's that they are touched by something extra.". As a watch, the 5070P is, in my opinion, touched ... 

From simple watches 5124J from complicated watches 5135R from grand complications 5102 Cheers Damian

But I'd say 5070P is the first that comes to mind if I had a big FAT savings a/c. 5040/5140 would follow and maybe just a simple Aquanaut will do? I don't know, am not really a hardcore Patek fan but 5070P is definitely a beauty Bruno, we agree on that!

It seems we have similar tastes and goals. I have not strived to own the repeaters or super complications (and perhaps their price is a big part of the reason......). For a watch to be especially desirable to me it must be somewhere within reach to own an...

Why just the 3 when you could go for the "magnificent 7" ........ 5070P 5970P 5101P or R 5074P 5078p 5980/1A (you have to have a Nautilus) and one for the wife........4910/52G

I remember doing this same survey a few months ago, and waht struck me was how similar the results of this one are. 5070 anc 5970 consistently hit top polling. We are all PP fans, yet these two watches poll highest amongst PP fans. It is no wonder the pre...

...in no particular order... 5078P - pure sound, simple dial...perfection. 5004P - complex, delicate, great proportions (i know some others find it too thick). 5101P - hidden complexity, deco look,....heft. And the ultimate...5016P....fabulous....!! Tim

However if I could possibly have any but only three Patek's, I'd pick 2556, 2526 and 2438/1.
