Nice photos, but ...

I'm definitely disappointed with this watch! As others have noted, it should really be a perpetual calendar. An annual calendar is for saving money, and I'm pretty sure they will be charging a lot for this watch.
On a more positive note, for anyone who is simply interested in collecting a watch that is sure to be rare and discontinued soon, this may be your watch to get. Lack of popularity should pretty much guarantee it remains rare and is discontinued soon.
I also eagerly await it's being discontinued. I'm hoping that Patek eventually upgrades the movement to a perpetual calendar and fixes the dial. I'm also hoping to see a watch that has just the chronograph and is a bit thinner. It would be nice to see such a chronograph offered with either a stainless steel or platinum case as a sports watch.
For anyone who works at Patek who might be interested in input from customers ... I would probably buy both the perpetual calendar chrono and I would buy the chrono only sports watch that I mentioned above in both stainless steel and platinum. But, I will not buy the 5960. There is nothing that Patek has to offer right now that I don't already own, so I'll be looking to other brands in the meantime.

the dimensions of the case yet? For all the NO NO guys, take a looong look at the picture #4 from top. This watch is very nice looking in this color combination. (Maybe its not in other golds...) Carl
The case diameter is 40.5mm, making it "more wearable" than the 5070

and other 42mm and up case sizes. It is not thin, but the proportions are nice (to give you an idea about my concern about "proportion" - I love the 3970 dial layout, but bought, sold (too thick), (regretted it) bought again, then finally sold again, my 3...

I just loooove this watch. The first time I see a Patek Philippe as a young man's watch. I love everything about it (case, colors, dial, pushers, principles,...). I am sure Doc will find it as legible as I do! I just hope I won't find it too big on the wr...

Don't care much for this watch!

I think the annual calendar is a reasonable compromise worth considering when one wants to cut costs, and cannot afford a perpetual. But, this will probably be a quite expensive watch. So, having an annual calendar on this watch is like buying a rolls roy...
The more I look at this watch the more I

am beginning to like it. One major change that I do think would improve the look would be to eliminate the power reserve. I would then move the day/month windows to where the power reserve was located. I think its distracting and difficult to read when th...
