Patek expert's opinion needed

Hi

I have an early pocket watch that may be an unsigned Patek Philippe. The reason I am not sure that it is an original Patek is because of hand engraving on polish language. It says: "No. 124456 Patek Philippe I Ska w Geneve", and "A. Modro w Warszawie". I know anyone can engrave anything so that is why I am researching it.
can you guys have a look and see if this is a patek and if so which model and etc... for instance how much could it cost
it has a glass back casing to see the movements..
