I am no expert on dive watches but.....
A GMT bezel on a dive watch.....hmmmm...something is amiss. A frankenwatch perhaps?

Modified Seiko ,actually only the movement is Seiko ,made to look like vintage,you can find also the milsub design and basically all vintage Rolex designs
