Probably not blue

I have no official insight.  But as I understand the piece auctioned in HK was to be a unique piece.  I assume this means unique beyond solid caseback with engraving.   I hope Patek would not let someone spend $900K on a "unique" watch then make one that looks the same.  So I would guess the new 5970P will not be blue.  Silver is already taken, so my guess would be black.  There is good precedent in the Patek grand complication lineage for PT/black dial.

Does anyone know what the official color of the new dial will be for the 5970P. From the pictures it looks either black or a dark blue? The end result is still the same... awesome !! Any insight would be most appreciated..

Tic-Toc, that was my guess for the 5970P as well........
