... in this matter and make an inquiry.
The article was also claiming that the hands would catch up backwards.
I did not have the time yet to investigate and think about all the mechanics in the depth that I would like to do
as I am off into my holidays soon.
However: the article was clearly saying that you graphically save the best/worst laptime with the rattrapante
hand, by pishing twice at ten.
I will get back to this if I have more infos.
Regarding Patek's latest creation:
YES!
I am too not a fan of Pateks with 28.800 beats and also find the design quite "bold" / modern for Patek standars.
What Patek's stronghold is, is esthetics: they make some really nice slim, elegant looking movements!
And that is still the biggest complication, for me.
About the seal: I have to review the terms again as I have one "concern" / suspicion that I do not want to speak out at the moment.
But yes here again: a seal from a town like Geneva is much, much more "respectable" than an own creation.
I suppose Patek created the seal more out of marketing reasons, only.
As you can see: too many watches, not enough time!
Thank you for your respond and hopefully we can discus the DS soon a bit more.
Best
Moritz
