PP product registration question

Dear all, my wife purchased a PP 24 and registered it on January 19 at PP's website. To date, we have not heard back from PP at all. Are we not supposed to receive anything official from PP? Will appreciate any guidance or input about how this process work. Thanks 😊

each purchase and then later a physical letter would be sent to my address with TS’s signature on it. In recent years, I have not received such physical mail anymore. Each region might have a different policy though.

After purchasing a new watch, I receive a welcome letter included in the next issue of the Patek Philippe magazine

New issues are published twice a year, so you may not receive a notice in the mail regarding your registration until the next issue is released.

Getting a response may take a while, but you can always send an email to their CS asking if the registration was successful. You should at some point (after a couple of months or so) receive an issue (not the latest one, but a recent one) of the magazine....

I should know better. They move at a leisure pace 😁
